Rehabilitation at the Nexus Center

Your horse can come to live at the Nexus Center during his/her rehabilitation period. The cost is $450 month.

Policies

We are 100% committed to achieving a high level of soundness for your horse barefoot over any terrain. But we know that this achievement comes a price. The price is more than money. It is time and energy too. Given the demand for Lauren's services we can be selective and only work with those clients who are ready to make that commitment. This means, commiting to:

Regular trimming (on a four week schedule, with trimming done by Lauren or you!)
Regular pick outs and application of thrush treatments as directed.
Necessary adjustments to feeding regimine as directed.
Necessary changes to horse's environment as directed.
Use of boots as needed.

We know that following this protocol will result in soundness for your horse. Is it a pain? Does it take time and patience? Yes indeed. However, a year from now you can either have a sound horse or you can continue to battle with chronic problems that never seem to go away. The choice is yours!
